1. Changing/Cancelling order:
If your order needs to be changed or cancelled please email us as soon as possible to email(at)wizard-print.co.uk with your order number (found in your confirmaiton email) and we will check and see if this is possible. However, if the order is already in processing, production or dispatch it can no longer be changed, cancelled or indeed refunded.

2. Using a Different Delivery Address:
An order can be sent to a different delivery address from that of the payment address. To do this, just simply type your desired delivery address in the box marked 'Delivery Address' on the page where you choose the quantities before continuing to the upload stage.

3. Delivering abroad:
Deliveries are only made within the UK.

4. Placing several orders at a time:
Please place one order for each product. For each order you will receive one order number from us. This guarantees optimum despatch times for each product and less confusion.

5. Complaints:
We cannot accept complaints regarding artwork that has been supplied incorrectly as this duty falls to the customer. However, if your complaint is not about artwork quality then please feel free to contact us via the contact page or write to us at:

6. Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges at Wizard-Print are included in the prices listed because we dont believe in additional costs. What you see is what you pay!

7. VAT:
We are currently going through the process of registering for VAT so at this current time you, the customer are not paying any VAT on your purchases.

8. Payments and Security:
Buying products on wizard-print.co.uk is made secure with a full SSL certificate so any data transmitted is safe. We also provide you with the option of paying through one of the worlds most renowned web payments processor; PayPal to give you the freedom to choose. We do not accept cheques due to the time delays that these methods would incur for your order as dispatch would not be able to take place until funds had cleared.

9. Delivery times:
Estimated delivery times are shown on the product pages but please bear in mind that they are estimates. If you require the printing within a shorter timescale please email us via the contact page as some products may be possible to deliver in a quicker time at a small cost.

10. Artwork formats:
Information regarding the formats needed including resolution are available on the 4th line down on the product pages. If you require any assistance please just email us and we will be only to happy to help.
